Build up your core strength and endurance with this core-targeting routine, designed to engage your abs without a single crunch! Don’t think that means it’ll be easy though. Remember…nothing on Pandora comes without a fight.

Perform each exercise for the full amount of time, resting 20 seconds in between each.
