You’d think that Runners, given their name, would be all about leg strength. Not quite the case – from vaulting over fences to running across walls and making death-defying leaps, it all comes down to core strength. After all, you can have the strongest legs in the world, but those legs will only take you so far when half of your daily commute is vertical.

Perform these exercises as a circuit, resting as needed between circuits, for fifteen minutes.
