So you can kick ass in the virtual world, but in regards to exercise you’re more of a level one? Not a problem. After all, every one of your characters had to start somewhere, and this is the routine to help lay the foundation for your own growth.
Perform these exercises as a circuit (i.e. with no rest), and then start over, resting as needed between circuits. Do as many circuits as you can in fifteen minutes, and don’t forget to stretch before and after!
Note – when doing squats, remember to stick your butt out behind you, rather than simply lower yourself down to the floor. You should feel it in your butt and thighs on the way up.
