Chun-Li

Of all the Street Fighter ladies, Chun-Li has got the most ferocious legs by far. But you can’t get legs like hers just from running – you’ve gotta work for it. This is a routine meant to wake up those legs, and get them started building some real muscle.

Perform all exercises as a circuit and repeat for fifteen minutes, resting as needed between circuits.
